Applying for rental properties

Immobilia offers various houses and apartments for rent in Rotterdam, Hilligersberg, Berkel en Rodenrijs, Bergschenhoek, Bleiswijk, Pijnacker en Nootdorp.

Are you interested in one of our rental properties? Schedule a viewing and prepare the following documents to apply:

• A color copy of a valid passport or identity card*;
• A color copy of you debit card*;
• Extract from the municipal administration personal data;
• Your three most recent salary slips**;
• Most recent bank statement of the last three months which show the pay deposit and the rent payment or mortgage payment can be seen;
• Your most recent annual statement or IB60 form;
• A copy of your employment contract;
• An employer’s statement not older than three months;
• A statement of your current landlord/lessor that you are a good tenant and have no rent debts or backlogs.

If you are a student, we need the following documents:

• A color copy of a valid passport or identity card*;
• A color copy of your debit card*;
• Extract from the municipal administration personal data;
• An overview of your student grants together with your three most recent pay slips**;
• Contact details of the guarantor and all the documents of the guarantor on the previously mentioned list.

If you are an entrepreneur, you need the following additional documents:

• An excerpt from the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce no older than three weeks;
• Approved annual pieces and a current balance, profit and loss statements

Please note that the landlord might have additional demands. Usually a deposit of at least one time the monthly rent is requested.

To apply for any of the rental properties, you have to deliver the requested information as soon as possible. This can be done by e-mail info@immobilia.nl, by regular post of by handing it over at our office.
